Over 30 years ago Michael Grundy started his apprenticeship with a leading jewellers, training at Sir John Cass School of jewellery in London.
Michael soon became aware of his natural ability to work with precious metal and stone. He moved on to set up his own business working from a workshop with his younger brother Ian. The brothers covered a range of services including repair, re-modelling and commission work, but Michael worked with the view in mind to open his own store and expanding the business.
In 1999 Michaels goal was achieved, as Michael Grundy Jewellers was opened.
Now Michael focuses on the quality of his stock and commissioning jewellery of the highest standard.
